Vici Peptides reserves the right to approve or deny any customer or order at its sole discretion. We may request verification of research credentials, institutional affiliation, or intended research use at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in order cancellation or account termination without refund of any unshipped items.

3. Products and Intended Use

All products sold by Vici Peptides are intended for laboratory research purposes only. None of our products or statements have been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Products are sold strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use.
• Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, injection, ingestion, inhalation, topical application, or any therapeutic or diagnostic use.
• Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
• No product information on the Website constitutes medical advice, dosing guidance, or a recommendation for human or animal use.

4. Account Registration

You may create an account to make purchases and track orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as needed. You must notify us immediately at support@vicipeptides.com of any unauthorized use of your account or any suspected security breach. Vici Peptides is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

5. Orders and Payment

When you place an order:

• You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when the order is placed.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
• We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or failed credential verification.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

We accept major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed through PCI-compliant, encrypted payment processors. Vici Peptides does not store your full payment credentials on our servers. If a payment is declined or reversed, Vici Peptides may suspend or cancel the associated order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Vici Peptides currently ships within the United States only. Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on business days ship the same business day from our U.S. facility; orders placed after the cutoff ship the next business day. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–5 business days of shipment. Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $200. Orders under $200 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout. Title and risk of loss for products transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier. Tracking information is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If your tracking has not updated within 48 hours of shipment, contact support@vicipeptides.com and we will assist. Vici Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research chemicals, we do not accept returns of opened or used products. However, every order is backed by our money-back guarantee: if a product does not meet the purity and quality standards documented on its Certificate of Analysis, we will make it right through replacement or refund. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, email support@vicipeptides.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will send a free replacement or issue a refund, at our discretion. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment processor.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, Certificates of Analysis, videos, and software — is the property of Vici Peptides or our licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Website content without our prior written permission. The “Vici Peptides” name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Vici Peptides.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

11. Affiliate & Referral Program

Vici Peptides offers an affiliate and referral program for researchers, labs, and content creators. Participation is subject to separate affiliate program terms, which you agree to when you apply. To inquire about affiliate participation, email support@vicipeptides.com. Affiliates must:

• Accurately represent Vici Peptides products and never imply therapeutic, medical, or off-label use
• Comply with all applicable advertising laws (including FTC disclosure requirements).
• Not purchase paid search ads on Vici Peptides trademarks or brand terms without written permission.
• Not misuse discount codes, bonus programs, or referral tracking in bad faith.
• Vici Peptides reserves the right to withhold commissions, suspend, or terminate affiliates who violate these rules or the program terms.

12. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that research chemicals carry inherent risks and must be handled only by qualified research professionals using appropriate safety equipment and procedures. You assume full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and disposal of all Vici Peptides products in accordance with applicable laws, institutional protocols, and scientific best practices. Vici Peptides is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss arising from the use, misuse, or handling of its products.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and all products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Vici Peptides specifically disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not warrant any specific research results from the use of our products. Certificates of Analysis represent the results of independent ISO 17025 accredited laboratory testing on the specific batch tested. They are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute a warranty of future performance, suitability for any particular research application, or human or animal use.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vici Peptides, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or any Vici Peptides product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Vici Peptides’ total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Website exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Vici Peptides in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vici Peptides and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Website or any Vici Peptides product;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party;
• Any use of our products for human or animal consumption, therapeutic, or diagnostic purposes.

16. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or any Vici Peptides product shall first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiation by contacting support@vicipeptides.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in the State of Delaware, or via remote proceedings where available. Judgment on the arbitrator’s award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Class Action Waiver: You and Vici Peptides agree that disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to support@vicipeptides.com within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Subject to Section 16, any legal action that is not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

18. Changes to Terms

Vici Peptides may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or a notice on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, stop using the Website.
