TERMS & CONDITIONS (Terms of Service)

Welcome to Vici Peptides (“Vici Peptides,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of vicipeptides.com (the “Site”) and any purchases you make through the Site.

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase from us.

1. Eligibility; Research-Use-Only (RUO) Condition of Sale

1. Age requirement. You must be 21 years or older to access the Site and purchase.
2. RUO only. All products sold on this Site are for laboratory research use only (RUO) and are not for human or veterinary use. You agree you will not use, direct others to use, or market any product sold by Vici Peptides for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease.
3. No medical advice. Nothing on this Site (including product descriptions, blog posts, chat, or consultations) constitutes medical advice, dosing advice, or instructions for administration. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and for safe handling in a laboratory setting.

2. Account, Checkout, and Communications

• You may be able to browse without an account, but some features may require one.
• You agree that information you provide (name, address, email, payment details) is accurate and current.
• By placing an order, you consent to receive order-related communications (confirmations, shipping notices, support responses).

3. Orders; Acceptance; Quantity Limits

• Order acceptance. Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, cancel, or limit quantities at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, compliance concerns, supply constraints, pricing errors).
• No resale without permission. Products are sold for the purchaser’s own lawful laboratory research use and may not be resold without our prior written consent.
• Compliance screening. We may request additional information to verify eligibility or compliance before shipment.

4. Product Information, Documentation, and Purity Target

• We provide product information intended for research reference only (e.g., CAS numbers, molecular formula, and general research context).
• Where available, a Certificate of Analysis (COA) may be provided on the product page or upon request. COAs reflect testing for the specific batch/lot and are provided for research reference only.
• Purity target. We aim to supply products that meet a high purity target (often shown as ≥99% on the applicable COA). Any “purity” statements refer to the analytical results and methods indicated on the COA for that batch/lot.

5. Pricing, Taxes, and Billing

• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless noted otherwise and may change without notice.
• Applicable taxes and shipping/handling charges are calculated at checkout.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

6. Payment Methods

We may offer multiple payment methods (including methods such as crypto, Zelle, CashApp, and others displayed at checkout). Payment must be received and verified before shipment.

Chargebacks/disputes: If you have an issue, contact support first so we can help resolve it. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account restrictions and denial of future orders.

7. Shipping; Risk of Loss

Shipping and delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the package is tendered to the carrier, except where prohibited by law.

8. Returns, Replacements, and Purity Money-Back Guarantee

Our Refund Policy (including our Purity Money-Back Guarantee) is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, opened products are not eligible for return except where required by law or expressly permitted in our Refund Policy.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use products for human or veterinary use, or provide dosing/administration instructions to others using our products.
• Use the Site to violate laws or regulations, including import/export controls or controlled substance rules.
• Misrepresent your identity, location, eligibility, or intended research use.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, or abuse the Site or services.

10. Safety and Handling; Assumption of Risk

You are solely responsible for safe storage, handling, and use in compliance with standard laboratory practices. Products are provided for qualified research personnel and controlled laboratory environments.

11. Disclaimers (No Warranties)

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL PRODUCTS AND SITE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free;
• product information will meet your particular research needs;
• shipping carriers will deliver within estimated timeframes.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VICI PEPTIDES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.

IN ALL CASES, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vici Peptides and its owners, affiliates, employees, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or products, violation of these Terms, or violation of law.

14. Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, graphics, logos, images, design, and software) is owned by or licensed to Vici Peptides and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use consistent with these Terms.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may reference third parties (carriers, payment providers, labs). We are not responsible for third-party services, policies, or performance.

16. Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for any dispute shall be state or federal courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by law.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date indicates the effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
