1. All Sales / Returns Overview

  • Opened products are not eligible for return or refund, except as expressly stated in this policy or where required by law.
  • We typically do not accept returns of research vials once opened due to safety, integrity, and chain-of-custody concerns.

2. Order Cancellations (Before Shipment)

  • If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at support@vicipeptides.com.
  • If your order has not been shipped, we may cancel and refund it.
  • If the order has already shipped (or has been tendered to the carrier), it cannot be canceled.

3. Wrong Item, Missing Item, or Shipping Damage

If your order arrives with a missing item, wrong item, or damage:

  1. Email support@vicipeptides.com with your order number and photos (outer box, inner packaging, labels, and the issue).
  2. Report issues promptly after delivery so we can file carrier claims if needed.

Resolution: We will, at our discretion, provide a replacement, reshipment, or refund for the affected item(s) after verification.

4. Non-Delivery / Lost in Transit

If tracking does not show delivery and the carrier confirms loss, we will work with you to resolve the issue (typically by reshipment or refund once the carrier investigation is completed, depending on circumstances and inventory availability).

If tracking shows “delivered,” we generally cannot refund unless and until the situation is resolved through the carrier’s process.

5. Purity Money-Back Guarantee (Laboratory Purity)

We stand behind the purity statements shown on the batch/lot COA for the product you purchased.

You are eligible under this guarantee if:

  • The batch/lot COA for your purchased item indicates purity below the stated specification; or

How to make a purity claim:

  3. We may request additional information (photos, storage conditions) and may require return of the remaining sealed product (or a retained sample) for verification, where lawful.

Resolution under the guarantee (our choice):

  • Replacement of the product; or
  • Refund of the purchase price of the affected item(s) (excluding shipping/handling unless required by law).

Limitations:

  • This guarantee does not cover issues caused by improper storage, contamination, mishandling, or use outside standard laboratory practice.
  • This guarantee does not cover subjective research outcomes, experimental performance differences, or any human/veterinary use (which is prohibited).

6. Refund Method and Timing

  • Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method when possible.
  • Some payment types (e.g., certain cash-equivalent or crypto rails) may require an alternate refund method; in such cases we will coordinate with you.
  • Refund timing depends on your bank/payment provider processing times.

7. Refused / Returned Packages

If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect address, failure to pick up, or similar reasons:
