This Shipping Policy explains how Vici Peptides processes and ships orders placed on vicipeptides.com.

1. Processing Time and Order Cutoff

• Order processing typically begins after payment is received and verified.
  
  
• We strive to ship same day for orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on business days, when possible. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays typically ship the next business day.
  
  
• Some orders may require additional handling time for quality verification and packaging.
  
  

2. U.S. Warehouse Shipping; Quality Verification Handling

All orders ship from our U.S. warehouse. Products may be re-tested and quality-verified in U.S. laboratories prior to domestic shipment. An expedited handling / quality verification fee may apply and will be reflected in your checkout total or product pricing.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

• Standard domestic shipping is typically 3–5 business days once shipped (carrier transit time).
  
  
• Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, peak seasons, or other events outside our control.
  
  

4. Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  
  
• Free shipping may be available on orders over $200, as displayed on the Site (subject to any exclusions shown at checkout).
  
  

5. Tracking

Once your order ships, we will provide tracking information to the email address used at checkout (when available).

6. Address Accuracy and Undeliverable Packages

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

• If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, refused, or due to an incorrect address, we may (at our option) reship it at your expense or issue a refund minus shipping/handling costs (where permitted), after the package is returned and inspected.
  
  

7. Temperature, Storage, and “In-Transit” Conditions

Some research compounds may be sensitive to temperature, light, moisture, or handling conditions. We package shipments to help protect product integrity during transit; however:

• We do not guarantee that products will remain within a specific temperature range during shipment; and
  
  
• You should retrieve and store your package promptly upon delivery according to standard laboratory practices.
  
  

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

• Damage in transit: If your package arrives visibly damaged, contact us promptly with photos of the external box, internal packaging, and product labels.
  
  
• Marked delivered but not received: If tracking shows “delivered,” you must first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier. If still missing, contact us and we will help you initiate a carrier claim where applicable.
  
  
• Vici Peptides is not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery to the address provided, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist with claims.
  
  

9. Shipping Restrictions

We ship only where lawful. We may restrict shipping to certain jurisdictions, addresses, or customers based on compliance considerations. You are responsible for understanding and complying with local laws and regulations.
